1. Logistics / Shipping Assistant/ Inventory Management Intern
No of openings: 1
Hours per week: 2 hours per day (3 days a week)
Position description:
• All shipments are sent on time and correct
• Updating supplies required for packaging e.g. boxes, tape, wrapping paper, stickers etc.
• Tracking packages – ensuring that packages are delivered
• Inventory management – updating the flow of products
• Responding to client/customer concerns about shipping information and orders
• Inventory management of retail stores that carry the Andrea Iyamah – respond to restock requests.
• Communicate with media marketer on available stock e.g. suggest promotions for items with high stock count to clear shelves.

Position description:
• Social media awareness e.g. blogging, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc
• Oversees the brand’s online marketing policies, objectives and initiatives
• Reviews changes to online market place and adjusts the plan accordingly
• Raises and promotes the brand’s profile locally, regional and national level.
• Develop ideas to improve online communication, develop brand identity and e-commerce activity.
• Promotes events, sales etc.
• Contact fashion magazine, blog and website editors.
Qualifications
• Not required to be within Ontario Canada.
• Must be attending University/University graduate
• Must have basic knowledge about fashion and the fashion industry
• Must have the ability to undertake basic public relations writing skills.
• Must have an understanding of basic social media audience

Position description:
• Develops themes and ideas for events, campaigns and photo shoots e.g. develops concept boards, mood swatches.
• Responsible for the best range of clothing, accessories used in a shoot.
• Model casting, finds locations.
• Directs stylists, hairstylists, make-up artistes, photographers – must be present at every photo shoot
• Constructs and maintains brand image
• Reviews invites for fashion shows and works with external event planners.
• Travels to represent the brand if need be.
• Contacts and works with celebrity stylists e.g. suggest what celebrities represent the image of the brand.
Qualifications:
• Must be within Ontario Canada – Toronto, Hamilton, Mississauga
• Must be attending University/University graduate
• Must have basic knowledge about fashion and the fashion industry
• Must have strong creative interest in music, art or photography.
• Must be able to brain storm ideas and understand the needs of the clients
• Must have previous experience with photo shoots, fashion event planning and model casting
• Have the ability to work well with a team.
• Must have good communication and writing skill.
• Should be familiar with computer programs such as Power Point, Prezi etc

• Create sketches and compiles collection to be cohesive
