STELLA MCCARTNEY is rumoured to have enlisted the help of Rihanna to fuel creative inspiration for her new season collection. According to reports, the designer has been having "regular chats" with the singer.
"They call them mood calls," revealed an inside source. "Stella rings Rihanna and asks her to explain what has influenced her mood that day - colours, textures, patterns."
It's no secret that the pair are friends: Rihanna was one of McCartney's guests at a private dinner earlier this year, and is often seen out and about wearing her designs - so while nothing has yet been officially confirmed by either camps, it's not entirely unlikely.
"Stella feels that she needs to tap into a younger generation and Rihanna is happy to help," said the source. "It's a bizarre way to create a fashion line but they work well together."
A spokesperson from Stella McCartney was unavailable for comment this morning, but we'll bring you more news as soon as we have it.
