Rita Ora was snapped at the Parklife Festival in Manchester strutting in a $950 3.1 Phillip Lim Black Ora Over The Knee Boot Sandals.
The boots aptly named “Ora” features a wide strap, stepped shaft with a belt-style back strap and a tonal block heel.
