French coutourier Jean-Louis Scherrer passed away at the age of 78 in Paris. The designer enjoyed a long career working alongside Yves Saint Laurent at Christian Dior. In 1962, he
went on to start his own couture label, dressing the likes of Jacqueline Kennedy, Racquel Welch. Scherrer’s work and impact on fashion will be fondly remembered by the community at large.
