Facts about Celine (Brand)

Ladies are crazy about Celine but do we really know the facts about our favorite designers. Well, if you don't know, I'm here to help you with some of the little facts about
your favorite designers. On the first edition, I'll focus on Celine because every girl has gone gaga about the brand, including me. Enjoy!

  • In 1966 Céline established a leather-goods factory in Florence and launched the bag line we all know and love today.
  • Céline was one of the first luxury brands to open up distribution in Japan.
  • Céline is valued at about $535 million, and is fully transitioned into LVMH.
  • The Céline logo was inspired by the chains surrounding the arch at Arc de Triomphe in Paris that form a double “C” recognized on the brands scarves, buckles, and leathers.
  • Céline shops can be found in cosmopolitan cities such as Monte Carlo, Geneva, Hong Kong, and Rome.
