Since launching his namesake womenswear label in 2010, Tom Ford's runway shows have been super small and secretive—we're talking no Tweets, no Facebook updates, and definitely no photos. But this February, Ford is finally staging his first full-size show at London Fashion Week, and he's really expanding his guest list.
"This is going to be 500 to 1,000 people," Ford told
Did you hear that? Bloggers! But why is Ford so generous with the invites all of a sudden?
"I want to show in London because I now have 100 stores worldwide," the designer said. "The company has jumped and I can no longer service the stores by not showing. I have to love and embrace it."
